Something Sweet

This is, like, a five-minute-cooking dessert (or cold snack). You just need your favorite instant jelly powder, a cute jelly mold, and your choice of fruit. Since I remembered that I once bought a canned mandarin oranges, I decided to make an orange jelly out of Nutrijel. It's a quick way to cool you down on Summer nights. It's healthy as well because it contains a lot of fiber! So what are you waiting for? ;)

Spaghetti Bolognese

I always enjoy cooking pasta - and eating it as well! Even though I'm still learning to make fresh pasta from scratch, cooking pasta is very easy. One of my favourite is home-made spaghetti bolognese.

In a form popular outside of Italy, Spaghetti Bolognese consist of a meat sauce on a bed of spaghetti with a good sprinkling of grated Parmigiano cheese. Bolognese sauce is sometimes mistaken to be a tomato sauce, but authentic recipes has only small amount of tomato concentrate.*

Beef Tacos

This one is a very easy dinner - or lunch! You just need to buy taco shells, taco seasoning pack, ground beef, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese. Put the taco shells in the microwave until crisp and follow the steps on the back of the seasoning pack. Very very easy!


I'd like to add salsa sauce on top of the veggies to give a little chilli taste ;)
